Start by deleting all your old INI files, re-validating the game cache in Steam, and reactivating Archive Invalidation. I can't tell if i've got a bad patch that steam wont update or what but something seems to be seriously wrong with the game. I've reinstalled the game multiple times since this problem came up and it still doesnt work, ive even tried installing the game on my laptop but it has the exact same problem. So at first i assumed it was a bad combination of mods, but after check each one, and eventually just getting rid of them altogether, the game wouldn't load. When i say that i mean it would go through the loading screen, but as soon as the wheel stopped spinning it would immediately crash without remorse. Only this time when i installed it, and got all my mods together, the game would crash every time the save loaded.
